Shipping And Handling Shipping & handling within the mainland UK is calculated on weight and as such we cannot add this to your order until it is picked and packed.  We can let you know the P&P cost before we send the goods out if you request this.

Orders outside of mainland UK will be charged shipping at cost (if you would like to be advised of the estimated shipping costs before despatch, please indicate this in the special instructions section of your order). Shipping policies are subject to change without notice. Please note that Parcelforce & Royal Mail do not accept requests to leave packages unsigned for.

When you have ordered your goods you can cancel the order at any time before despatch without incurring any cost by phoning 01702 535696 or emailing sales@totalpapercrafts.co.uk. If the order has already been despatched then goods can be returned at your own expense for a refund of the value of goods only. You have 7 days after you receive the goods to let us know you are returning them, after 7 days we will consider you are happy with your purchase.

Delivery Schedule Orders are normally despatched within 2-4 working days (may vary in busy periods) and are sent Royal Mail First Class or Parcelforce. Parcelforce is used when packages exceed appx 2kg in weight. You may request special shipping instructions, such as Special Delivery, but these options will incur additional charges. We will always, on request, provide you with your Recorded Delivery tracking number and despatch date if you wish to find out the status of your package with your local delivery office. Packages leave Total Papercraft in perfect condition, should damage be caused to goods whilst in transit we recommend taking a photograph of any damage and retaining packaging to assist in any claim for compensation against Royal Mail/Parcel Force.
